Fischer mesh anchor for injection 16X85K 00041902

The Fischer FIS H K mesh dowel is the system component for the use of Fischer injection resins in half-filled bricks in the field for through-hole installations.


To do so, the mesh dowel is placed in the hole, and filled with injection resin starting from the bottom of the dowel. When the anchor bar is set, the resin is pressed through the mesh structure and then connected with the half-filled brick by undercut. This means that the load is distributed within the supporting material. Non-bearing layers can then be filled with the mesh dowel.

• The dimensions of the holes ensure a calibrated outflow of the resin around the dowel
• Once cured, the resin works with the undercut principle (it makes contrast on the brick ribs of perforated bricks)
• Injection of the resin should start from the bottom of the FIS HK nylon mesh dowel. Therefore, it is recommended to push the FIS MR PLUS mixing nozzle to the bottom of the FIS HK, injecting the resin evenly by pumping on the gun gradually and letting the nozzle slowly rise back to the surface in order to fill the whole dowel
